Momentya is for private, family-friendly personalized digital keepsake videos made from parent or guardian provided materials.
Allowed use
Allowed use includes a parent or guardian uploading their own child photo, adding the child name, from name, occasion, and a short family greeting for a private birthday, everyday celebration, or respectful personal keepsake.
Not allowed
Do not request NSFW, sexual, explicit, erotic, abusive, hateful, violent, harassing, illegal, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. Any sexualized, exploitative, or inappropriate content involving minors is strictly forbidden.
Likeness, rights, and IP
You must have permission to use every photo, name, and detail you submit. Requests that involve unauthorized likeness use, deceptive impersonation, public figures, copyrighted or trademarked characters, brands, or other protected IP without rights are not allowed.
Order review and safety
The Momentya team may review orders or uploaded materials to protect children, families, and the integrity of the service. We may request clarification or decline material that does not fit the service safely.
Enforcement
Momentya may reject, cancel, refund, or refuse an order that violates this policy, cannot be verified safely, or cannot be fulfilled responsibly within the family-friendly scope of the service.
