If Momentya makes a clear personalization or delivery mistake, contact support within 7 days so the team can review a correction or refund path.
Before production starts
If an order is canceled before production starts, the team can review a cancellation or refund request more easily.
After production begins
Because each order is personalized, refunds are more limited once production work has started. The first step is usually a correction review.
Momentya error corrections
If the delivered video contains a clear Momentya mistake, contact support within 7 days with the order reference so the team can review a correction or appropriate refund path.
Missing details or unusable uploads
If the uploaded photo or order details are missing, corrupted, or unusable, support may ask for replacements before a refund decision is made.
