What we collect
We collect the contact details, uploaded child photo, child name, occasion, family greeting, and order information needed to prepare and deliver your personalized video.
Photo handling
Uploaded photos are used to prepare the requested Momentya order and are treated as private. We limit access to the people and systems needed to prepare, deliver, support, and protect the order, subject to our retention and legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Momentya uses necessary cookies to keep the site, cart, and secure checkout working. Optional Analytics cookies help us understand performance. Optional Advertising consent allows direct Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measurement for safe public funnel activity and verified purchase value/currency. You can reject or withdraw optional categories at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer.
Advertising measurement
When Advertising consent is enabled, Momentya may send limited public funnel events and verified purchase measurement to Meta. We do not intentionally send child photos, child names, family messages, From Name fields, uploaded-image details, or private order content to Meta. Server-side purchase measurement uses a verified payment result, value, currency, and limited technical information such as a browser user agent when consented.
Transactional email
Momentya uses Resend to send essential transactional messages such as payment confirmation and completed-video delivery. These messages are about your order, not future marketing. Marketing emails are not part of this policy update.
Order, support, and record retention
We may retain order, account, support, fraud-prevention, legal-compliance, and payment-record information for as long as needed to support the transaction, meet legal obligations, and respond to service issues.
Who should submit
Momentya expects a parent, guardian, or authorized adult to submit the child photo and order details. Please only upload materials you have permission to use.
Privacy support
If you have a privacy question, deletion request, or concern about uploaded materials, contact support@momentya.com. Momentya does not sell customer data.
