Service scope
Momentya creates personalized digital video stories for family use. Orders are reviewed before production and delivered digitally after completion.
Permissions and uploads
You confirm that you have permission to submit the uploaded photo, names, and message details. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Review and approval
Momentya may reject or pause requests that are unsafe, infringing, incomplete, deceptive, or not suitable for the service. Production does not begin until admin approval.
Non-affiliation and use
Momentya is an independent personalized video service. Theme inspiration and customer requests do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or commercial licensing by third-party brands.
