These terms explain how Momentya accepts family keepsake orders, handles uploaded materials, and prepares personalized digital videos.
Customer authorization
You confirm that you have permission to submit the uploaded child photo, names, greeting, and any order details you provide. Only a parent, guardian, or authorized adult should place a Momentya order.
Family-safe use only
Momentya is for private, respectful, family-friendly personalized digital videos. The service is meant for birthdays, everyday surprises, and personal keepsake gifting rather than public, commercial, or deceptive use.
Prohibited content
Do not submit NSFW, sexual, explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, deceptive, harassing, illegal, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful material. Orders that use another person's likeness without permission, imitate public figures, or request copyrighted or trademarked characters, brands, or other protected IP without rights are not allowed.
Controlled service scope
Momentya is a controlled personalized video service. It is not an unrestricted prompt-generation tool, public deepfake service, or face-swap tool, and orders must stay within the family-safe scope described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Order review, refusal, and refunds
Momentya may pause, reject, cancel, or refund an order when the submitted material violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, when the team cannot verify safe use, or when a request cannot be fulfilled responsibly. Refund handling follows the published Refund Policy.
Digital delivery and support
Momentya sells personalized digital video products only. Delivery timing, support, and correction handling are described in the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Support page.
